Dave possesses over 20 years of management, real estate and professional security and business experience. Dave started his professional career working as a Special Agent in the United States Secret Service. During his tenure there, Dave was able to develop logistical and communication skills working with individuals and assets worldwide. In his recent years, he owned a large commercial horse ranch in Central Colorado, where he also transacted and managed real estate both seasonally and annually. Dave has enjoyed transacting real estate over the last 10 years specializing in residential luxury properties, ranch properties and land acquisitions.

Dave resides and works in Scottsdale, AZ where he specializes in areas that include, Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Rio Verde, Carefree, Paradise Valley. Signature Estate Group Newest Office is located in the Denver Metro area and services all areas of Colorado.

While being an active real estate agent I have also worked within the medical sales industry for the past eleven years as aconsultant and have devoted the past three years to developing a medical software company dedicated to improving the efficiency, communication, and collaboration throughout the entire surgical process. Upon moving to Colorado and experiencing the complexities, intricacies, and frustrations of searching for my family’s perfect home, I quickly recognized the improvements I could also implement as a real estate agent.
